Founded in 2010 under the name Seahorse Egypt, our company began as a trusted supplier for major shipping lines and vessel owners, including the operation and management of our own Ro-Ro vessel, Karma, and another vessel under the name Azar.
Our roots in marine logistics, supply, and ship management laid the foundation for what we are today. In a strategic move to expand our service capabilities, we acquired Seahorse Egypt and Seahorse UAE, consolidating their operational strengths under the Wasila Marine name. Since then, we’ve grown into a regional force covering Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain — delivering comprehensive maritime solutions with precision and reliability.
